Nadrama Pty Ltd (ACN 674 881 924) ("Nadrama", "we", "our", or "us") uses third-party subprocessors to help provide services. They process data you input, which may include personal data. These subprocessors may change over time - check back regularly for updates.

Platform vendors & Cloud Providers:

  • AWS / Amazon Web Services, Inc. and Amazon Web Services Australia Pty Ltd: Customer data may be stored in Nadrama-owned AWS accounts located in the United States. Our platform also connects to customer-owned AWS accounts in a location of their choosing, where customers are responsible for the data, security, configuration, and costs incurred in their AWS accounts.   • Azure / Microsoft Corporation and Microsoft Regional Sales Pte Ltd: Customer data may be stored in Nadrama-owned Azure accounts located in the United States. Our platform also connects to customer-owned Azure accounts in a location of their choosing, where customers are responsible for the data, security, configuration, and costs incurred in their Azure accounts.   • DigitalOcean / DigitalOcean, LLC: Customer data may be stored in Nadrama-owned DigitalOcean accounts located in the United States. Our platform also connects to customer-owned DigitalOcean accounts in a location of their choosing, where customers are responsible for the data, security, configuration, and costs incurred in their DigitalOcean accounts.   • GCP / Google LLC and Google Australia Pty Limited: Customer data may be stored in Nadrama-owned Google Cloud Platform (GCP) accounts located in the United States. Our platform also connects to customer-owned Google Cloud Platform (GCP) accounts in a location of their choosing, where customers are responsible for the data, security, configuration, and costs incurred in their GCP accounts. DPA.

  • Cloudflare / Cloudflare, Inc.: Many components of the Nadrama platform utilise Cloudflare for hosting and other services. Customer data is stored on Cloudflare systems located globally. Our platform also connects to customer-owned Cloudflare accounts, where customers are responsible for the data, security, configuration, and costs incurred in their Cloudflare accounts. DPA.

Platform vendors:

  • Intercom / Intercom, Inc.: Nadrama uses Intercom for providing sales, customer success, and customer support functions, via email, live chat, phone, SMS, and other methods. Customer data related to communication and coordination via Intercom is stored on Intercom's servers. DPA

  • Mailchimp / The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a Mailchimp: Nadrama uses Mailchimp for email communication. Customer data related to email communication sent via Mailchimp is stored on Mailchimp's servers. DPA

  • Neon DB / Neon Inc.: Our primary database systems where customer data is stored are hosted by Neon on Amazon Web Services (AWS) accounts located in the United States. DPA

  • PostHog / PostHog, Inc.: Nadrama uses PostHog for console / product analytics, where personal data may be stored. DPA

  • Stripe / Stripe, Inc.: Nadrama uses Stripe for subscription billing / invoicing / payments / refunds, customer data related to this is stored on Stripe's servers. DPA.

  • SendGrid & Twilio / Twilio Inc.: Nadrama uses SendGrid and Twilio for email and SMS communications. Customer data related to SMS and email communication sent by Twilio is stored on Twilio's servers. DPA

Other vendors:

  • Adobe / Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd: Legal contracts may be stored using Adobe Acrobat. Customer data may be stored on Adobe's servers for customers who sign any agreements or contracts with Nadrama. DPA

  • GitHub / GitHub, Inc.: Nadrama uses GitHub for storing code and performing deployments. Customer data related to bugs/issues/feature requests may be stored on GitHub's servers. DPA.

  • Google Analytics / Google LLC: Nadrama uses Google Analytics on our website to collect analytics data. Customer data may be stored by Google. DPA.

  • Google Workspace / Google Australia Pty Limited: Nadrama employees utilise Google Workspace for Email, Calendar, Drive file storage and other services. Customer data may be stored on Google servers located in Australia and the United States. DPA.

  • Linear / Linear Orbit, Inc.: Nadrama uses Linear for project planning, feature requests, and bug tracking. Customer data related to feature requests and bug reports is stored on Linear's servers. DPA

  • Obsidian: Nadrama uses Obsidian Sync to synchronise notes and documentation across devices. Data is automatically secured using AES-256. Privacy Security.

  • RunReveal / RunReveal, Inc.: Nadrama uses RunReveal to collect and analyse system logs.

  • Slack / Slack Technologies, LLC (a Salesforce company): Nadrama employees utilise Slack for internal communication and communication with customers. Customer data may be stored on Slack servers. DPA.

  • Xero / Xero Australia Pty Ltd: Nadrama uses Xero for accounting and bookkeeping. Customer invoice and payment/refund data may be stored on Xero's servers. DPA
