At Nadrama Pty Ltd (ACN 674 881 924) ("Nadrama ", "we", "our", or "us"), we respect your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and process your data on our Website and Services. The data is used to serve our Website to you and to provide Services, as well as to facilitate Nadrama business operations. This Privacy Policy also addresses Nadrama's processes, policies, and obligations in respect of data encryption, removal requests, and security breaches.

You accept the Privacy Policy by remaining on our Website or by using our Services. Where the option is available in the user interface (such as during Account creation), you may also accept the Privacy Policy by clicking to accept or agree to it.

Capitalised terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given to them in our Subscription Agreement .

  1. Nadrama respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers and website visitors. This policy sets out how we collect and treat your Personal Information.

  1. Nadrama only collects your certain Personal Information when it is reasonably necessary for one or more of our functions or activities.
  2. Nadrama will, from time to time, receive and store Personal Information you submit to our website, provided to us directly or given to us in other forms.
  3. You may provide basic information such as your name, phone number, address and email address to enable us to send you information, provide updates and process your product or service order.
  4. We may collect additional information at other times, including but not limited to, when you provide feedback, when you provide information about your personal or business affairs, change your content or email preference, respond to surveys and/or promotions, provide financial or credit card information, or communicate with our customer support.

• Hosting and International Data Transfers
  1. Information that we collect may from time to time be stored, processed in or transferred between parties or sites located in countries outside of Australia. These may include, but are not limited to Australia and USA.
  2. We and our other group companies have offices and/or facilities in Australia and USA. Transfers to each of these countries will be protected by appropriate safeguards, these include one or more of the following: the use of standard data protection clauses adopted or approved by the European Commission which you can obtain from the European Commission Website; the use of binding corporate rules, a copy of which you can obtain from Nadrama's Data Protection Officer.
  3. The hosting facilities for our Website, and our suppliers and contractors are usually situated in Australia and the USA. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the use and transfer of Personal Information is permitted under applicable law.
  4. You acknowledge that personal data that you submit for publication through our Website or Services may be available, via the internet, around the world. We cannot prevent the use (or misuse) of such Personal Information by others.
