Yes, we have officially launched!
Single-node AWS clusters are in Public Beta
Before today, if you wanted to run a container in your AWS account, you had a journey ahead.
Folks with experience and rock-solid Terraform templates would spend hours, if not days.
But most of the folks we’ve talked to described the effort in terms of weeks or months.
Today, there’s a new unit of measure for AWS container platforms: seconds
With Nadrama, once you’ve signed up and connected your AWS, you can create a single-node AWS cluster in under 90 seconds.
Think that’s fast? We’re working to get that back down under 60 seconds!
And you don’t just get a Kubernetes cluster. You get all of the pieces you need to have a URL to your app with a Let’s Encrypt certificate and DNS configured for you.
If this sounds too good to be true - wait until you find out the price: $0. That’s right, FREE.
How is this possible?
We’ve got a lot to share here. And we’re committed to Open Source, so share we will!
A quick overview:
-
A custom infrastructure provisioner that’s fast.
-
Cluster snapshots preconfigured with the things you need.
-
An etcd replacement for Kubernetes that stores data in S3.
-
A serverless Certificate Authority and instance agent for issuance and renewal.
-
A huge volume of coffee consumed. ☕
Right now we’re focused on onboarding folks that want to run containers in their AWS account.
If that sounds like you, sign up and get started today!
